Month Prior Coordination
If you’ve done the heavy lifting already and are looking for a team to make sure everything goes off without a hitch - this is the option for you! We’ll swoop in to wrap everything up in a nice neat package, so you can breathe a little easier. We take over communication with your vendors, create timelines and wrap up any loose ends. And we’ll be by your side all the way through the wedding day.

Destination Planning
If you’re planning from afar or have want to provide a weekend experience for you out-of-town guests, we are your go to team! We specialize in crafting destination experiences throughout the Finger Lakes. We’ll be the local boots on the ground team that brings everything together, so all you have to do is celebrate when your plane lands.

You’ve tackled most of the planning with ease, but there are a couple of things that you keep getting stuck on.
